Terms & Conditions — jltt Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jltt ("jltt," "we," "us," "the Platform"). By accessing jltt.vu, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are accessing jltt on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the jltt platform, including but not limited to slots, live casino games, sports betting, eBingo, and online poker.

To register and use jltt, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

jltt reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are found to be ineligible, your account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending review.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on jltt. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of any balances associated with the duplicate accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your registered details up to date. jltt may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at registration or prior to processing any withdrawal. All deposits on jltt are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment channels include Philippine online banking (InstaPay, PESONet), bank transfer, and approved local e-wallet services. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are generally credited to your jltt account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jltt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted and may trigger an account review.
• jltt does not accept cryptocurrency or credit card payments for gaming deposits.
• Any deposit made in error must be reported to support within 24 hours.

jltt reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.

Withdrawal requests are processed in PHP to your verified account. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you are required to complete KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name.

Processing times vary by payment method and are typically completed within the timeframe displayed on the Withdrawal page. jltt processes withdrawal requests in good faith; however, completion times may be affected by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are shown on the Withdrawal page.
• Bonus funds are subject to their individual terms before becoming withdrawable.
• jltt may request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals to third parties or non-registered accounts are not permitted.

jltt offers various bonuses, promotions, and cashback offers to eligible players. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed at the point of opt-in on the Promotions page. General conditions applicable to all bonus offers include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by the eligible account holder and are non-transferable.
• Turnover or wagering requirements, where applicable, are stated per individual offer.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• jltt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where a dispute arises regarding bonus terms, jltt's interpretation of the applicable terms shall be final.

All games available on jltt — including slots, live casino, sports betting, eBingo, and online poker — are governed by their individual game rules displayed within each game or game category. These Terms are supplementary to and do not replace the specific rules of each game.

Slot games and eBingo operate on certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Live casino games are operated by live dealers under standard casino protocols. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant sporting event. Online poker outcomes are determined by the cards dealt and standard poker rules.

• All settled bets and game results are final once confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game, jltt reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through software tools, exploit system vulnerabilities, or collude with other players constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jltt and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other game.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error to gain credits or game advantages.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party.
• Any activity that jltt reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering or fraud.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your account.

jltt reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

jltt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected underage gambling, failure to complete KYC, or suspicious transaction patterns.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the balance is determined to be legitimately earned and the account holder is found eligible, it will be returned via the standard withdrawal method.

You may close your jltt account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered account.
